Sales Function Analysis & Executive Outsource Recruitment Project -- Diageo NA: During the integration of Seagrams, the Guinness/Bass division was benchmarked in order to create a sales function profile to attract strong sales leaders from the Adult Beverage industry. BSG completed 105 Sales & Marketing hires within 12 months.
Sales Function Analysis & Executive Outsource Recruitment Project -- ConAgra Foods:
An assessment of the sales function was completed when ConAgra decided to condense six of its divisions into four. The goal was to eliminate outside brokers and create a powerful direct sales function. BSG completed 125 Sales & Marketing hires within 8 months.
Global Executive Outsource Recruitment Project -- Sabra Dipping Company:
Partnered with the fastest growing food company by establishing a full executive outsource recruitment model to deliver globally. The project consisted of 300+ hires over 2.5 years with recruitment across 5 plants and Americas.

Brad Costello
Founder and Managing Partner
Brad Costello is the Founder of Beacon Search Group – a Philadelphia based Global Boutique Search firm. In addition, he leads both the Consumer Products and Outsource Search Practices.
Mr. Costello offers his clients a deep understanding of the business issues they are facing gained from his over 10+ years of leading staffing functions with major international corporations combined with his broad executive search experience. In addition to his extensive experience working with consumer goods and services, retail and hospitality companies, Mr. Costello’s global search practice also includes experience across a broad range of industries including industrial, High Tech and private equity firms. Specific assignments include searches for Board members, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and senior executives across virtually all functional areas; including general management, marketing, sales, finance, human resources, and development.
Prior to founding BSG, Mr. Costello was a Senior Client Partner in the Philadelphia office of Korn/Ferry International. He was a key member of the Consumer Products and Retail Practice. His earlier experience was leading major staffing functions for Diageo, ConAgra Foods, and Exide Technologies.
Before entering into executive search, Mr. Costello was a member of the National Football League, where he was a punter for the Cincinnati Bengals and held the all-time record for the longest punt in franchise history 73 yards and single game gross punting average. 1998 NFL All-Rookie Team. Brad retired in 2002 from the New England Patriots. Also, he served as an advocate for NFL Europe, where he was a member of the Scottish Claymores.
Brad holds a Bachelors of Science in hotel and restaurant management from Boston University.
